If you would like to speak to Margaret or Joseph about an upcoming Renovation project, we can discuss your budget before proceeding to the design stage.
There are two options we can offer you. One we can arrange a measure & design consultation. Secondly you can send in clear plans and images.
Both of these options have a consultation fee from €150 this includes 3D VR design & quotation for 30 days. ( full house measure approx. €250 )
We will book you in for a consultation with one of our design team at our showroom to design your new space please allow 1 hour depending on the scale of your project.
At this meeting we can discuss and tweak the design with you. Nothing is set in stone, we will always listen to your needs and produce the best design to suit your living space.
Once the design is agreed its only a matter of coloring it in !

If you are happy to proceed to work with our company we shall book you in and arrange a deposit.
The final measure will be scheduled to walk through the project and include any additional work to be carried out by the renovation team. The quotation & design will be updated, and finishes & contracts signed off.
The schedule of works along with start & completion date will be discussed and agreed to suit your time frame.
Your project will go into production at our factory premises, all ordering will take place. In the meantime we will also be scheduling the additional trades if required to complete the renovation.
Our team will arrive on the scheduled dates. Any trade work required by Grand Designs Ltd will be coordinated by our project manager.
